Training Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to support our customers in Frankfurt.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze training needs and determine session requirements.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, and cancellation.
* Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability.
* Coordinate with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program.
* Ensure adherence to workflow and processes using the CRM tool.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, with exposure to an international work environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Customer-centric approach.
* Fluent in English.
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint.
* Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
