**Job Title:** Technical Program Manager
Job Description:
* Manage delivery for key customers across multiple technical tracks.
* Lead teams, fostering collaboration and enhancing productivity.
* Ensure regular customer updates through weekly status reports (WSRs).
* Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
* Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.

* Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget constraints.
* Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders to document project scope and requirements.
* Manage cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
* Work with the Project Management Office (PMO) to maintain quality control processes.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and drive project delivery.
* Attend service/project review meetings and adopt customer-specific processes and methodologies.
* Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely issue resolution.
* Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and avoid service credits/penalties.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
* Utilize conflict resolution techniques to address team and customer concerns.
* Establish Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for team members.
* Support hiring efforts for various technical tracks and ensure timely completion of Statement of Work (SOWs) and invoice clearance.
* Maintain open communication channels with individual team members to recognize and showcase their contributions to customers.
* Collaborate with customer stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop proposals that meet their needs.
