Client Success Manager Role
This position involves a blend of client communication, performance management, and internal team collaboration.
Main responsibilities include daily client interaction, onboarding new clients, monitoring campaign performance, and coordinating with delivery teams.
Daily Client Interaction:
* Act as the primary point of contact for each clinic client.
* Maintain regular communication via calls, emails, and texts.
* Provide clear updates on campaign progress, next steps, and upcoming improvements.
New Client Onboarding:
* Lead new clients through the setup process: ensuring tracking, configuration, and campaigns are properly set up.
* Establish expectations around timelines, deliverables, and performance standards.
Campaign Performance Management:
* Regularly review ad and funnel performance data.
* Identify potential issues early and diagnose root causes.
* Suggest actionable solutions to address performance gaps.
