Job Description:
You will serve as a call center representative (Soft Sales or Customer Service), playing a crucial role in assisting and educating customers about our products and services. You will utilize your excellent communication skills to provide a superior customer experience to your prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize high-value support to meet technology, product, and service targets by explaining the overall value, features, and benefits of all offered products and services.
* Assess customer needs to answer questions about products and services and provide solutions tailored to their requirements.
