We are seeking a Senior SAP EWM Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions in S/4HANA and/or decentralized EWM landscapes. The role requires strong hands‑on expertise across end‑to‑end warehouse processes (inbound/outbound/internal), RF, Handling Units, and integrations with core SAP modules and shop‑floor/quality processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver SAP EWM implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support (run + change).
* Configure and optimize end‑to‑end warehouse processes:
* Inbound (GR, putaway, deconsolidation, slotting)
* Outbound (picking, packing, staging, GI)
* Internal processes (replenishment, physical inventory, internal movements)
* Configure Handling Unit (HU) management and warehouse task/order execution.
* Implement and support RF frameworks / mobile warehousing (incl. RF screen design and user efficiency improvements).
* Drive integrations with:
* SAP WM (transition or co-existence where applicable)
* Quality Management (QM) integration scenarios
* Production integration (staging / PSA, production supply)
* Produce functional documentation, configuration rationales, and functional/technical specifications where needed.
* Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT), defect triage, cutover preparation, go‑live, and hypercare.
* Work effectively in multicultural / global teams and collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and integrators.
Required Skills & Experience
* Solid experience in SAP Warehouse/WMS solutions, with strong focus on SAP EWM (implementation and support).
* Proven experience with SAP EWM core processes (Inbound/Outbound/Internal Movement) and warehouse execution objects.
* Strong experience with RF / Mobile warehousing and warehouse operations usability.
* Hands‑on experience with HU management and warehouse process design.
* Experience integrating EWM with QM and Production processes.
* Strong communication skills, ability to run workshops and translate operational needs into SAP design.
* Ability to contribute to technical discussion with basic ABAP understanding (helpful for RF/WICEF and integrations).
* English proficiency for global delivery environments.
