Job Title: Training Coordinator
We are seeking an operations coordinator to support our customers in Frankfurt, Germany.
This role is part of the Operations team and requires strong customer service skills.
As a training operations coordinator, you will be the key contact point for all local stakeholders, coordinating training session delivery.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Analyze training needs provided by clients and determine the number of sessions needed.
o Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation.
o Organize training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability.
o Collaborate with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program.
o Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required.
o Ensure adherence to workflow and processes using the CRM tool.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* Exposure to an international work environment.
* Strong understanding of the training landscape.
* Customer-focused mindset.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint.
