This role is ideal for a motivated, creative problem-solver who thrives on building practical, enterprise-level AI solutions. You will collaborate with a small, dynamic team on projects ranging from voice AI agents to backend automation, with flexibility across tech stacks.This is a full-time, long-term position with no fixed end date, offering the opportunity to grow with the company and make a tangible impact on multiple AI-driven initiatives.Responsibilities Design and implement Gen AI solutions for voice agents, backend automation, and other efficiency-driven projects. Research, prototype, and integrate existing AI tools and frameworks to solve business problems. Build solutions that are scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready. Collaborate with the core team (John and Diana) while maintaining the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Adapt across projects, applying creative thinking and hands-on execution to diverse challenges. Requirements 4+ years as a backend software engineer preferably working with Python. Proven experience working with AI-driven solutions (focus on implementation, not research). Hands-on experience with enterprise level projects using scalable and secure technologies. Ability to rapidly research, evaluate, and integrate new tools and technologies. Strong understanding of GenAI trends and tools.
