Agile Project Leadership Opportunity: Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Team Lead
We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Team Lead for our Agile delivery team focused on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Scrum Master looking to leverage their skills and expertise in leading cross-functional teams. The primary objective of this role is to facilitate Agile ceremonies, identify impediments, drive continuous improvement, and ensure high-quality, predictable delivery across SFCC implementation and ongoing support initiatives.
To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will possess strong eCommerce domain expertise, exceptional coaching abilities, and a proven track record of aligning with organizational governance, security, and compliance standards. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience with enterprise eCommerce platforms, such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA), and proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps. A solid understanding of Scrum certifications, CSM or PSM I/PSM II, is also highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, and retrospectives to promote team collaboration and adaptability.
* Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, refine user stories, and define sprint goals that align with business objectives.
* Track sprint health indicators, manage scope, and identify/remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
* Coordinate cross-team dependencies, promote flow efficiency, and reduce blockers to enhance overall productivity.
* Provide clear, timely status reporting to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
