We are seeking a highly skilled IT Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting top talent in the technology industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with experience in direct headhunting and full-cycle recruiting. They should also possess excellent networking and relationship-building skills, as well as fluency in English communication. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter, and experience working with CRM or ATS systems.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Identifying and engaging high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media.
* Conducting thorough technical evaluations and assessments of candidates' skills and competencies.
* Participating in the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to clients.
* Collaborating with other recruiters and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
