Job Summary: The Global Service Regional Service Management Leader is responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of Record-to-Report (R2R) services within the region. This role ensures compliance with both internal and external standards and drives the transformation roadmap to align with BD, GBS, and Finance function strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery: Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of R2R services within the region, meeting all service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards.
- Transformation Leadership: Lead and oversee the transformation roadmap to achieve strategic objectives for BD, GBS, and the Finance function.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for service delivery and transformation initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or shared services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive change.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of R2R processes, compliance requirements, and transformation methodologies.
