Why this role matters
This role is for professionals who want to start a career in complex B2 B sales, focused on opening new accounts and generating new business in the genomics market.
As a Technical Sales Specialist I, you will be trained to prospect actively, build new pipeline and close your first deals, using NGS knowledge as a competitive advantage in customer conversations.

What you will do

Actively prospect new customers through outbound activities, cold calls, emails and networking.
Identify, qualify and open new sales opportunities in assigned territories or segments.
Build new pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual new business targets.
Conduct discovery meetings focused on customer pain points, budget and decision process.
Position NGS solutions to win first deals in new accounts.
Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline hygiene and forecasting.
Support initial account penetration before handover or expansion.
What we are looking for


Background in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, Engineering or similar.
Strong hunter mindset with motivation to generate new business.
Comfortable working with targets, commissions and outbound activity.
Resilience, discipline and high activity level.
Clear communication and willingness to learn complex sales.
