(Focus on Solution Modeling and Logistics Transformation)Act as a project manager with a strong role in building strategic solutions for Natura's logistics. This position requires technical and behavioral leadership, with a focus on results delivery, internal mobilization, and the ability to drive change in a challenging and cross-functional organizational environment.Responsible for leading the implementation of the TMS system in the line haul and last mile stages and managing the center of excellence with a multidisciplinary and specialized team focused on promoting improvements.
