As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our cloud-based educational technology platform.
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Senior PHP Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing PHP-based features end-to-end, addressing complex refactoring challenges in legacy PHP systems, debugging and repairing broken or overly buggy code, contributing to code reviews, QA, and an Agile development process, and participating in architectural planning and technical roadmapping.
To be successful in this role, you must have 3+ years of experience building full-stack applications with PHP backend, English fluency, experience writing front-end JavaScript, experience with SQL, API development expertise, a collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently, and a growth-oriented approach.
Bonus skills that would be beneficial for this position include modern PHP framework knowledge such as Laravel, component-based JS framework experience, cloud deployments experience, test automation experience, microservices development experience, educational software or SaaS platforms expertise, data integration expertise, and enthusiasm about learning and teaching others.
