These are not just concepts — they define how we work, build partnerships, and support our teams every day.If you share these values, this is the right place for you to grow your career.DEXIAN Brazil strongly encourages diversity, and all opportunities are open to people with disabilities and rehabilitated professionals.About the ClientThis position will support one of our clients that is a leading healthcare company in the United States, focused on technology, operational resilience, and large-scale enterpriseKey Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate disaster recovery (DR) testing activities across enterprise applications and services- Develop and execute structured DR test scenarios aligned with predefined recovery patterns- Produce detailed post-test reports, including outcomes, gaps, and recommendations for improvement- Track the build-out process of applications and services adhering to established DR strategies- Capture and manage corrective action plan (CAP) items in tools such as Fusion or ServiceNow- Support the adoption of automated and continuous testing practices for production systems- Maintain and manage scheduled (cadenced) DR testing cycles to ensure ongoing readiness- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on testing efficiency and DR process enhancements- Collaborate closely with cross-functional DR team members and stakeholders- Facilitate coordination and execution of DR exercises to reduce risk and improve resilience- Support additional DR-related activities and initiatives as assigned by leadershipRequired Qualifications- Experience in Disaster Recovery, IT resilience, or testing and validation processes- Strong understanding of disaster recovery concepts such as RTO, RPO, failover, and service restoration- Experience coordinating and executing testing activities in enterprise IT environments- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow for tracking incidents and action items- Ability to analyze test results and produce clear, actionable reports- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple testing cycles and priorities- Experience working in cross-functional teams with effective collaboration skills- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)- Problem-solving mindset with focus on risk reduction and process improvementAdditional Information
