Our Post Producer will be responsible for overseeing the process of Post-Production, making sure deadlines are achieved, the proper artists are booked for the project for the proper timing, coordinating deadlines, deliveries and assets with the Account Management Team and making sure artists will achieve High-Quality results for the project. Reporting lines and key stakeholders This role reports to the Director of Post-Production Team in Brazil. You will work closely with Post Production Coordinator, Account Management Team, Creative Team, Motion Designers, Colorists, Sup Visual Effects, Offline Editors and 3D Artist. Requirements: Technical Skills - Technical English Level; - Undergraduate degree student Specialization Courses; - Knowledge of Post-Production Softwares: Premiere, After Effects, Flame, Nuke, Maya, Cinema 4D; - Basic Adobe Premiere Knowledge and its operation (ingest, conform, any simple edits, export); - Project management, Negotiation, Schedule and Monitoring methodologies; Soft Skills - Be proactive, organized and, above all, committed to project deadlines and deliverables; - Communication, Collaboration and Interpersonal Relations; - Resilience, Adaptability; - Search for constant updating and improvement in processes and in their own personal and professional development.
