End‑to‑End Product Management: Lead the initiative lifecycle, from discovery and hypothesis validation to delivery and impact analysis.
Value‑Based Prioritization: Analyze data and input from business areas (Sales, Audit, Support) to prioritize the backlog in Azure DevOps.
Link between Business and Engineering: Translate complex needs into clear requirements for engineering teams, ensuring autonomy, clarity and delivery rhythm. Risk Management: Map impacts, anticipate bottlenecks and negotiate solutions that protect schedule and quality.
User Focus: Closely monitor the journey, ensuring a smooth, secure and high‑impact experience for our clients and partners.
Requisitos Obrigatórios
Solid experience as Product Owner or in digital product management roles.
Proficiency with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Analytical profile with the ability to solve complex problems and navigate between technology and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Experience with commercial team products or sales/onboarding automation tools.
Background with products that use AI, OCR or decision engines (e.g., fraud validation/SERASA).
