Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in SAP technical cutover management and prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects.
In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Key responsibilities include co-leading end-to-end SAP technical activities, leading and coordinating technical SAP localization and deployment tasks, collaborating with leadership and project managers, and providing leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members.
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO to guide the project team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to business segments in Asia.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
* Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones and specific deliverables.
The selected candidate will be responsible for tracking and reporting technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership through the Microsoft Asure DevOps (ADO) project management tool, meetings, emails, and project documents.
