The ideal candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities including maintenance, repair, and calibration of field equipment. The successful candidate will be a problem solver who is responsive to customers' needs.ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical components and machine groups, validating project functionality through internal testing before customer installation.Execute the initial stages of machine installation and configuration/format modifications at customer sites, supporting finalization activities with guidance from senior technicians.Provide general technical assistance to both domestic and international customers, supporting inspections and identifying areas for improvement based on client feedback.Receive training from headquarters and senior mechanics for new or complex machinery.Communicate customer complaints regarding equipment performance or quality to the supervisor.During travel intervals, support internal operations by providing technical guidance to assembly teams and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and company quality standards.Conduct technical visits to evaluate equipment at customer sites, preparing detailed reports outlining potential issues identified.Deliver training sessions to mechanics, operators, and other technicians,covering topics such as manual interpretation, machine adjustment, lubrication, part durability checks, cleaning procedures, control panel operations, material feeding systems, and basic troubleshooting.Provide remote customer support via phone for resolving simpler issues that do not require on-site visits.Perform other related tasks as needed in alignment with the role.What You Need to Be Successful:Technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields. Previous experience in mechanical assembly and field service is an advantage. Basic knowledge of automation and industrial machinery. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Advanced English level (oral and written); Spanish is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and mechanical drawings.
