This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.Responsibilities- Respond to guest inquiries via messaging, phone calls, and email in a timely and professional manner- Assist guests before, during, and after their stay- Troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns while maintaining a positive guest experience- Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and operations teams to address guest needs- Ensure guests receive accurate check-in, stay, and check-out information- Monitor reservations and follow up on guest requests- Escalate urgent issues when necessary and help drive them toward resolution- Maintain detailed notes and updates within company systems- Meet response time and guest satisfaction standardsRequirements- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively- Strong attention to detail- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, Airbnb, hotels, property management, or guest communications is preferred but not requiredWhat We're Looking For- Positive attitude and strong work ethic- Professional and friendly communication style- Strong organizational skills- Ability to remain calm under pressure- Solution-oriented mindset- Dependable and accountable team playerCompensation- Full-Time Position- $850 USD per monthHow to ApplyTo be considered for this position, please complete the following steps:1.
