Accountabilities - Accountable for meeting personal billability and related targets. Scope: The aspects of ERM business that the job is designed to positively impact - Designated projects in multiple countries. Measuring Impact; The nature of the job’s influence on business results. Recognising that the influence can be direct or indirect. Details of how impact is measured (BSC) - Zero Loss of Time Injuries (LTIs) and visible and demonstrable safety leadership as measured by engagement with ECS and the Active Leadership Audit programme. - Completion of tasks within project budget and time requirements. - Identification of efficiencies in carrying out deliverable related tasks - Client satisfaction through project communications & engagement, quality of outputs produced to deliver client service excellence. - Project risk should be minimised by compliance with the project plan, PIC sign off of deliverables and the ERM risk management process Freedom to act: The extent to which the job is empowered to take action / make decisions - Works under supervision and in line with standard working practices, procedures and specific instructions. - Operates within the overarching governance requirements of ERM including PiC/PM model and authorisation levels - All employees have the authority and obligation to stop work where there is a reason to believe that someone’s health, safety, security or the environment may be endangered.
