Business Intelligence Developer

The ideal candidate will be an interface between Analytics and Engineering teams, understanding their needs and predicting future requirements. They will partner with Data Engineers to identify and prioritize upstream data, driving operational efficiency in the partnership.
* Rationalize data requests and design ideal solutions.
* Develop robust data pipelines/processes for various use-cases.
* Drive vision for Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing across the company, defining and executing a plan.
* Evolving analytical ecosystems for big data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and analyze business needs to drive data-driven decision making
• Design, develop and maintain high-quality data pipelines and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Ensure data quality, accuracy and integrity throughout the pipeline
• Develop and maintain documentation for all data-related projects
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide support during critical periods
• Collaborate with engineers to identify and prioritize upstream data requirements
• Develop and execute plans to meet business objectives
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members
