We’re seeking a Social Media Expert who combines creativity with technical know-how. Your mission will be to manage influencer accounts, optimize branding and content, and use data-driven solutions to track results and maximize growth.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, influencer relationship management, analytics, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
 • Influencer Account Management
 • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple influencer social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
 • Coordinate with influencers, managers, and creative teams to ensure content is aligned with brand voice and strategy.
 • Content & Branding Optimization
 • Analyze current content performance and recommend improvements in style, format, captions, and posting strategy.
 • Maintain consistent branding across all platforms, ensuring compliance with platform policies.
 • Research and implement trends to maximize reach and engagement.
 • Data, Analytics & Reporting
 • Use social media analytics tools (Meta, TikTok Analytics, Plausible, Google Analytics, etc.) to track KPIs.
 • Create actionable reports on reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
 • Identify growth opportunities and apply A/B testing, funnel tracking, and IT solutions to optimize performance.
 • Innovation & IT Integration
 • Work with data and tech solutions (automation, dashboards, integrations, tracking systems).
 • Suggest and implement tools for workflow efficiency and scalable account growth.
Qualifications
 • Proven track record in social media management and influencer marketing.
 • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube algorithms and platform best practices.
 • Solid background in analytics, data tracking, and IT-driven solutions.
 • Knowledge of branding, storytelling, and digital content strategy.
 • Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
 • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 • Comfortable working across multiple influencer profiles and niches.
Nice-to-Have
 • Experience with social media ads (paid growth campaigns).
 • Understanding of SEO and web analytics.
 • Multi-lingual or experience working in international influencer markets.
