Job Position: Training Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Operations team as a Training Operations Coordinator. This role will support our customers in Frankfurt, working closely with our Indian-based team.
To deliver exceptional service and contribute to our success.
As a member of our Operations team, you will report directly to the Training Operations Manager and be responsible for coordinating training sessions with local stakeholders.
You will play a key role in ensuring seamless delivery of our services, working closely with our customer's learning delivery team.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze client-provided training needs and determine the number of sessions required to train trainees according to courses and per site,
* Manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where necessary,
* Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability, ensuring proper execution,
* Collaborate with the Indian team for any changes or updates in training events or programs,
* Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoicing if required,
* Ensure adherence to workflow and processes using our CRM tool
* Meet Learner Support Level 2 standards
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations,
* International work experience is highly valued,
* Strong understanding of the training landscape,
* Customer-focused approach is essential,
* Team player with excellent communication skills,
* Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively,
* Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus,
* Knowledge of Cornerstone or other Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an asset,
* Fluent English language proficiency is mandatory,
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and SharePoint
