This person will be responsible for driving strategic hiring processes, supporting regional leadership in team expansion, and ensuring excellence in both candidate and internal stakeholder experience.We are seeking a hands-on professional with strong experience in international technical recruiting within IT consulting, strategic mindset, leadership capabilities, and a results-driven approach.This role will have constant interaction with global stakeholders, technology leaders, and business areas, making strong communication skills, prioritization, and the ability to thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments essential.Key responsibilities- Lead the LATAM Talent Acquisition team, fostering development, performance tracking, and best recruiting practices- Drive attraction and selection strategies for technical roles across various seniority levels and technologies- Actively manage international recruitment processes across Latin America and/or North America- Align hiring strategies with technology leaders, operations, and executive leadership- Ensure agility, quality, and predictability in recruitment processes- Conduct market mapping and develop sourcing strategies for highly specialized profiles- Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve funnel performance, SLA, conversion rates, and candidate experience- Structure and optimize recruitment processes, policies, and tools- Participate in global meetings and collaborate with international teamsRequired qualifications- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on technical recruiting- Previous experience in IT consulting or outsourcing companies- Proven experience leading recruitment teams- Strong background in international hiring, especially across LATAM- Experience recruiting roles such as Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Data, Cloud, SAP, among others- Advanced or fluent English for interviews and meetings- Experience with active sourcing and talent attraction strategies- Analytical, organized, and metrics-driven profileNice to have- Intermediate or advanced Spanish- Experience with LATAM operations expansion- Experience in multicultural and high-volume environments- Knowledge of ATS systems, recruitment metrics, and TA automation- Experience working with global clients in the U.S. or CanadaAvenue Code reinforces its commitment to privacy and compliance with the most rigorous data protection regulations worldwide, such as GDPR, LGPD, CCPA, and CPRA.
