YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:Learn how to collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand data needs and business rules.Support the development of MS Power BI dashboards, starting from design concepts to basic data modeling under guidance.Assist in structuring dashboard layouts and apply design thinking principles with mentorship.Gain exposure to best practices for Power BI dataset performance and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure data accuracy.Work alongside experienced analysts and business units to contribute to ongoing analytics initiatives.YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:Strong interest in data analytics and business intelligence.Basic familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI is a plus) and eagerness to learn how to create engaging reports.Understanding of fundamental database concepts; basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.Curiosity and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.YOU'LL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE:Exposure to data modeling concepts or transformation techniques (even through coursework or personal projects).Academic or project experience related to customer service metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, CSAT, NPS).Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to collaborate with international teams.Awareness of cloud-based data platforms (Azure, Databricks, Synapse) or interest in learning about them.
