Job Overview
We're looking for a highly experienced Product Designer to lead our product design processes, drive user-centered solutions, and deliver intuitive, scalable product experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop end-to-end product designs from research through high-fidelity UI creation;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and create user-focused design solutions;
* Design interfaces that balance usability, scalability, and performance for complex tools and SaaS products;
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions and enhance user experience;
* Partner with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives and customer needs;
* Maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite;
* Provide design guidance, feedback, and mentorship within the team.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Strong expertise in product design, including discovery, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design;
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
* A deep understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience best practices;
* Ability to conduct user research, gather insights, and apply findings to design solutions;
* Experience with designing interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products;
* Proficiency in creating and maintaining design systems and UI libraries;
* Strong leadership skills to guide junior designers and provide design critique and feedback.
