Cleandrop.io is building an operator system for employee, is going to create first automations, then ai agents.
We are looking for a pragmatic Full-Stack Founding Engineer to help us ship the first production-ready version of the platform.
This is a full-time role for the next 12 months. We work in an Agile startup environment, where priorities can evolve quickly. We are also adopting a spec-driven development approach to keep product and engineering aligned.
Compensation
* $1,750 / month — approximately €1,500 / month
* Paid on time
* Remote work
* Full-time commitment: 8 hours/day
* For the first 2 months, we require extra availability: +5 hours on Saturdays to support the release of the first version
* We work with clear delivery timelines and a Gantt-based roadmap
Required Skills
We are looking for someone with strong experience in:
* Strong written and spoken English, as our communication will be in English
* 4–5+ years of professional software engineering experience
* If you have fewer years but have shipped production-ready software, we are still open to reviewing your profile
