Scrum Master
We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our Product & Engineering environment, where you will play a key role in supporting one to two Scrum teams and driving the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
This is an exciting hands-on opportunity for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
Main Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring seamless alignment with Agile principles
* Provide expert support and guidance to one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to drive team performance and delivery excellence
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices, enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness
* Identify, escalate, and resolve impediments impacting team progress, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
* Develop strong relationships with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions, promoting effective collaboration and communication
