Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Network Operations Specialist.
This role is responsible for monitoring network events and incidents, coordinating with external service providers, and communicating with internal stakeholders.
* Monitor network events and incidents, escalating as needed.
* Coordinate with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) for updates and resolution progress.
* Communicate incident status, impact, and resolution details to the team.
* Track, document, and report network incidents following established SLAs and procedures.
* Support escalation and root cause analysis processes when required.
Requirements
* Experience in Network Operations, NOC, or related technical support roles.
* Familiarity with network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, connectivity).
* Strong understanding of incident management and ticketing systems.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work in an early morning shift.
