Job Description:
We are seeking an Account Coordinator, Ads to join our growing regional Ads team. This role will support flawless campaign execution and operational workload, vendor follow-up for campaign implementation, insertion order creation and follow-up (IOs), creative workflows, reporting, and billing. Working closely with Account Managers and cross-functional partners, you will serve as the operational backbone of the advertising sales cycle in LATAM, maintaining communication through structured tools (e.G., JIRA, Salesforce, Slack) and ensuring timely, detail-oriented deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main operational point of contact for campaign execution once it is approved.
* Support Account Managers in managing end-to-end campaign processes, including intake, order creation, creative asset coordination, and campaign setup.
* Oversee accurate and timely reporting, including weekly and monthly campaign performance reports, and ensure data integrity in collaboration with internal teams.
* Collaborate with Account Managers and Finance on billing, invoicing, and revenue reconciliation, addressing any billing-related support as needed.
* Optimize campaign operations by prioritizing requests, monitoring delivery and possible issues, and supporting compliance with ad policies and creative requirements.
* Provide support for Account Managers during PTO coverage, maintaining seamless client support and operational continuity.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital campaign coordination, preferably video and/or programmatic advertising.
* Systems & Tools: Experience with sales operations systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers) and ticketing tools (JIRA).
* Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital media sales and marketplaces, including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP advertising.
* Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple competing priorities.
* Collaboration: Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across regional and global teams.
