The Lead Account Manager plays a key role in building and maintaining client relationships, managing complex projects, and driving revenue growth by developing existing customer accounts.
Responsibilities:
* Set up advertising campaigns and special projects.
* Manage projects, provide ongoing support for advertising campaigns, and prepare reports.
* Communicate with clients worldwide, with a primary focus on Europe, the MENA region, and the US.
* Onboard new Account Managers.
* Coordinate project teams (developers, designers, creative team, etc.).
* Drive upsell opportunities by preparing relevant commercial proposals.
We are looking for:
* At least 3 years of proven successful experience in online advertising (preferably in a digital/media agency).
* Strategic mindset and willingness to propose innovative solutions.
* Experience working with international Fortune 500 brands.
* Solid knowledge of core disciplines: digital marketing (including targeted advertising) and basic analytics.
* Ability to prepare and interpret media plans, analyze advertising creatives, and provide clients with actionable recommendations.
* Understanding of key metrics: CPC, CPM, CPA, ROMI, CPI, etc.
* Strong motivation to learn, grow, and deepen expertise.
* Experience in upselling is a plus.
* Fluent English (both written and spoken).
