What you'll do: · Provide servant leadership and mentorship to cross-functional agile teams delivering technology solutions · Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the team's ability to deliver against their commitments · Scope Management · Change Management · Strong stakeholder management and resource allocation capabilities · Maintain the product roadmap aligned between Engineering and Product · Raise, manage, and monitor risk mitigation plans · Implement, generate, and govern project metrics and KPIs to track team performance, delivery velocity, and quality outcomes; continuously refine measurement frameworks to drive data-driven improvements · Challenge and enable the team to continuously improve through intentional Lean and data driven inspect and adapt cycles (retrospectives) · Follow technical releases, escalating problems to the leadership Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions What you'll need: · University degree in computing-related fields such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Systems Analysis and Development is preferred but not required (MBA/Master's is a plus) · Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken) · Ability to understand technical issues at a high level · Proven experience with Agile projects and project management methodologies · Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and time sensitive work environment.
