The role of an Agile Coach is a key part of our team's success. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are looking for a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our Product and Engineering environment.
Key responsibilities will include facilitating all Scrum ceremonies and ensuring alignment with Agile principles. You will also support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team, as well as partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
* Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
You will be responsible for implementing and adopting SAFe practices, and working closely with the Agile leadership to drive continuous improvement in our teams.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums) and experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. A SAFe certification is highly desired.
