Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard clients with ideation calls to get them excited about the process
- Make sure all clients are happy and always checking up on them
- Follow up with clients to ensure they are enjoying their experience
- Manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
- Consistently meet performance metrics related to sales and marketing
Requirements:
- Experience in a client success and sales role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
- Experience working with pharmacies and peptides
