Senior Software Development Lead

About the Role
* You will work collaboratively with other engineers to design, develop, and test software solutions.
* You will contribute valuable insights and create proofs of concept to test new technologies.
* You will explore a variety of technologies across multiple projects, constantly expanding your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and test software solutions using a range of programming languages.
* Work with cross-functional teams to influence decisions and share your work.
* Contribute to the development of extreme programming practices.
* Collaborate with devops teams to implement CI/CD platforms.
* Demonstrate interest in AI solutions and proficiency in written and spoken English.
Requirements
* Experience in two or more programming languages, including Go, Java, Ruby, JavaScript, C++, Bash, Python, C.
* Good understanding and experience with TDD methodology, including Unit Testing, Test Automation, and Performance Testing.
* Experience in Extreme Programming practices.
* DevOps and CI/CD experience, including continuous build and automated deployment using tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and Apache Airflow.
* Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in software development, software architecture or applied research.
