Configure and Maintain Core ServiceNow ITOM Modules:
* Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management
* Continuously Enhance Performance, Scalability, and Reliability
Collaborate with Stakeholders:
* Ensure IT Operations Capabilities Align with Organizational Objectives
Required Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 6 Years of Hands-on Experience Implementing and Supporting ServiceNow ITOM Modules
* Strong Understanding of ServiceNow CMDB Structure and Event Correlation Rules
* Solid Grasp of Server, Network, and Application Architecture
* Experience with ServiceNow Database Schema, Tables, and Data Modeling
* Proficient in Performance Analytics, Email Notification Design, and Managing Complex Data Workflows
* Expertise in Using Transform Maps, Data Sources, and Scripts for Effective Data Import and Integration
* Skilled in Developing and Managing Scheduled Jobs, Events, and Automated Triggers within ServiceNow
* Experience with REST/SOAP API Integrations, Import Sets, and Custom Integrations using Scripted Approaches
