For this opportunity, the selected candidate must be available to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST). Although Metal Toad is a remote company, we are currently seeking contractors residing in Brazil for this position.
Compensation will be made in Reais (R$), following the local currency of Brazil.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, reviewing and sorting résumés, selecting qualified applicants, and conducting interviews in accordance with the company's methodology.
The Recruiter will also assist managers with scheduling meetings and preparing related documentation, perform reference checks, maintain and update recruitment-related materials, and provide daily progress reports. The ideal candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring.Research and identify potential candidates using various platforms.Review, sort, and screen résumés to identify qualified applicants.Conduct interviews in English, following Metal Toad's recruitment methodology.Perform reference checks for selected candidates.Ensure strong compliance with our recruiting methods in all recruiting activities.Be able to judge the proficiency level of any ESL (English as a Second Language) candidate.Assist hiring managers with scheduling meetings and organizing recruitment documentation.Create, update, and maintain recruitment-related documentation and records.Provide regular updates and daily reports on recruiting progress.Communicate effectively in both Portuguese and English, both verbally and in writing.Familiarize yourself with Google Calendar, Sheets, and Docs.Identify any need for updates in our platforms (Hubspot, BambooHR, and other HR platforms).
