What You Will Do
The Junior Scientist, R&D Consumer Science Compliance is responsible for ensuring high quality of operational tasks for R&D consumer studies across our iconic brands, including Neutrogena, Tylenol, Stayfree, Listerine, Johnson’s. This role registers and routes all consumer research documentation and activities for approval in internal systems, for different regions and coordinates product labeling processes and shipment across different teams and countries.
Key Responsibilities
Execute quantitative and qualitative R&D consumer research operations activities following GCP principles and quality & compliance company standards.
Register and route all consumer research documentation and activities for approval in internal systems, for different regions.
Prepare research materials, including activity plans, consent forms and maintain them accurate at internal systems.
Oversee Adverse Event Training process with Vendors at our internal system.
Oversee the sample release and coordinate product labeling processes and shipment across different teams and countries.
Authorize samples for shipment.
Publish study results in internal system.
Ability to decode complex process and procedures into actionable activities to ensure study compliance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
Advanced English – Writing, reading, speaking
Strong self organization of tasks and quality culture mindset
Ability to navigate and process complex process/procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Adobe tools.
Ability to prepare clear and detailed activity metrics.
Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
Familiarity with GCP principles for in human studies.
Proactive, detail oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.
