As a Business Technical Service Analyst, you will be responsible for establishing positive relationships with clients to develop and maintain long-term partnerships. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and expectations, and provide support and guidance to ensure they achieve their goals.
You will assist in evaluating client business requirements, estimating efforts, and guiding clients to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue. Additionally, you will participate in converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and learn how to present them internally and externally while securing requirement sign-off.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development, as well as previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs. Advanced English language skills are also required.
In addition to the above, the successful candidate will be able to take part in execution of simple project/development work plans, revise them as necessary, and participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance and Project.
