About the Role:
This is a fully remote position with East Coast hours, requiring strong technical skills and experience in production support. The successful candidate will provide technical direction and guidance for complex application needs across the enterprise.
Main Responsibilities:
The role involves participating in architectural discussions, evaluating proposed solutions, and ensuring their successful introduction across the organization. Key deliverables include performing technical analysis, preparing recommendations, and acting as a liaison between business units, IT departments, and vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience is required. Advanced proficiency in DevOps, Agile, and Lean is a plus, as well as experience in platform engineering, cloud computing, virtualization, MQ, database management, network administration, and ITIL service management.
