Responsibilities: - Lead, guide and direct the engineering team. - Manage planning, execution and delivery of team's projects. - Manage and mentor engineers, including hiring, training, performance evaluations and career development. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, engaging with product managers, other engineering managers and leadership team. - Continuously assess and improve engineering processes to enhance productivity and quality. - Serve as the main point of contact for engineering-related questions and issues. - Contribute to critical platform architecture decisions. - High technical proficiency in TypeScript, React, Capacitor, and GraphQL. Basic Requirements: - 5 years of professional experience in software engineering. - 2 years of professional experience as engineering manager. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects. - Deep experience with - and love for - technology. - Strong interpersonal, and English communication skills.
