Key Responsibilities:Support the development of commercial plans, forecasts, and strategies for growth.Analyze profitability by product line, customer segment, and distribution channel to inform business decisions.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to evaluate pricing strategies, promotions, and customer relationships.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, margin, and operating efficiency; identify trends and drivers.Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve performance.Align commercial and operational plans with supply chain and plant finance teams.Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is an asset.Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial finance, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.Demonstrated business acumen and commercial mindset; ability to translate financial insights into business action.Fluent professional-level English required for cross-border collaboration and reporting.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP and Hyperion (HFM) preferred.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build partnerships across functions and levels.
