Job Title: Servicenow IT Service Management Lead
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Servicenow IT service management lead with extensive experience in developing and implementing complex servicenow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CMDB, discovery, integrations and related servicenow modules.
This role requires collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to design, develop and implement servicenow it service management solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop and implement servicenow it service management solutions including CMDB, discovery and servicemapping.
* Configure and customize servicenow applications and modules.
* Lead development of integrations between servicenow and other enterprise systems.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
* Ensure best practices in coding, testing and deployment.
* Develop and maintain automated test framework (ATF) test suites to validate core servicenow functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
* 5-7 years of servicenow development experience with a focus on ITSM.
* Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, discovery, servicemapping and integrations.
* Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations and servicenow scripting.
* Experience with automation and devops practices, familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools such as git and agile principles.
