Position Overview:

We are looking for an SAP Sales Executive & Business Development Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent opportunity to join an established global consultancy expanding their presence across Latin America.

To plan and carry out sales activities and identify new clients, build and develop sales of SAP Services to medium and large corporations. Develop relations specifically within the SAP market in the region and work closely with our Managing Director LATAM and global SAP Experts to deliver Projects and Managed Services with an Offshore or Hybrid delivery model.

The individuals at GyanSys who thrive in this role are deep technology generalists (a strong understanding of SaaS, PaaS, CRM, etc), coaches who advocate for their clients, focusing on building long-lasting relationships. With an ingrained sense of curiosity, they put the team ahead of themselves and are driven to have a huge impact on the results of the company and their clients.

You will expand GyanSys' relationships with SAP by engaging directly with their enterprise sales teams.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. Building and developing relations within the SAP market in the region.
2. Plan and carry responsibility for new logo acquisition and be responsible for new business.
3. Responsible for building pipeline and following up sales leads.
4. Develop ideas and create offers and value propositions, working closely with our global experts.
5. Work on large deals/hunting and bid processes for the targeted customer.
6. Execute internal/external marketing activities and research required for business development.
7. Travel for sales activities and build personal relationships with prospects and customers.

What You Bring to be Successful:

1. 5-15 years’ experience in selling consultancy services and solutions for SAP.
2. Experience as hunters/farmers for mid-enterprise customers.
3. Existing relationships with IT Directors/C-level executives.
4. Know-how and ability to offer Offshore & Hybrid delivery models.
5. Business fluent in Spanish and English.
