THE POSITION: The Senior Graphic designer at FWWC27 LTDA, which is FIFA’s Brazilian subsidiary responsible for the delivery of FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 Brazil (TM), will play a pivotal role in shaping the expression of the FIFA brand across global platforms and live event environments. You will lead the creative development and localisation of Brand Graphic assets ensuring consistent, world-class creative output aligned with FIFA’s strategic brand objectives. This role is critical to the success of the first ever FIFA Women’s World Cup to be held in South America with a vision to unite the world through an unprecedented experience that celebrates and elevates women’s football. Purpose of the Role: This role combines world class graphic design excellence, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of global audiences, especially in the realm of sports and entertainment. This role reports to the Global head of Brand, marketing & promotions and acts as an extension to the Brand team based in Zurich with dual reporting lines. Solid experience in Graphic Design in brand development context is mandatory. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Graphic Design & Brand Expression - Own, drive and oversee creative process and localisation across channels ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with FIFA’s brand vision. - Inline with Brand Guidelines and central Brand direction, direct and produce creative content across brand graphics, event branding, venue dressing, broadcast environments, digital experiences, motion design, and video content. - Develop key visuals, brand toolkits, motion graphics packages, environmental branding concepts, and digital-first creative assets. Project Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Lead junior designer and external creative partners to deliver cohesive, high-impact work across formats and platforms. - Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to align creative outputs with business and brand objectives. - Brief, manage, and evaluate external agencies, production partners, ensuring creative alignment and production quality. Brand Guardianship & Design Systems - Ensure strict adherence to FIFA’s visual identity standards, while pushing creative boundaries within those frameworks. YOUR PROFILE: Education & Qualifications - Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative discipline. - Proven HANDS -ON expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). - Important : Experience working with large-scale brand projects, live events, from concepting event look & feel to developing venue branding systems. - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in senior graphic or art direction roles within agency, sports events or Entertainment. Competencies and personality - Creative Expertise_ - Graphic Design solid experience in the context of Brand creation and brand assets and collateral - Deep visual sensibility and an understanding of brand identity systems across static, dynamic, and environmental media. - High-level conceptual thinker with a passion for visual storytelling, motion language, and digital engagement. - Hands-on graphic skills, capable of leading from the front while mentoring junior creatives. - Executional Rigor_ - Skilled at balancing creative ambition with operational precision and production feasibility. - Experienced in managing multiple concurrent projects under tight timelines, with consistent attention to detail and creative quality. - Familiar with rights management, usage permissions, and protection of brand and design IP. - Leadership & Management_ - Experience managing in-house teams and/or agency relationships, including budget oversight. - Strong understanding of FIFA’s global image and strategic objectives, with a deep respect for the role of Woman’s football and culture. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a service-oriented, can-do attitude and appetite for innovation.
