Role Overview
The role of a Content Strategist is to develop and execute a content plan that drives engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate will have strong copywriting skills, the ability to adapt tone across formats and platforms, and experience in content repurposing.
Responsibilities:
* Listen to internal podcast episodes and extract core insights to develop a multi-format content strategy.
* Write high-converting, engaging copy for all repurposed assets.
* Create and document repeatable workflows for repurposing content efficiently across all platforms.
* Build and maintain SOPs and systems to streamline publishing, scheduling, and internal collaboration.
* Collaborate with design, social, and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals and business objectives.
* Track performance of content and continuously optimize distribution based on insights.
