We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile professional for the position of Marketing Designer .
We are looking for a Marketing Designer with strong experience in digital advertising, branded content, and visual asset creation across multiple marketing channels. The ideal candidate should have a solid design background and be comfortable supporting different types of creative needs related to the product and brand. This person should be able to create visually compelling materials that align with business goals, campaign needs, and brand identity, while working across digital, print, and social media formats.
The salary range is $1,600 USD to $2,200 USD per month, depending on the candidate’s experience and seniority.
Candidates from Latin America are welcome to apply. Candidates in a time zone outside of the Western Hemisphere will NOT be considered. The role is 100% Remote .

Responsibilities:
Design high-quality branded content aligned with the company’s visual identity and marketing goals
Create assets for digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Develop marketing materials for social media, paid campaigns, branded initiatives, and other product-related needs
Support the creation of print marketing materials when needed
Adapt and resize creative assets for different channels, formats, and campaign objectives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate ideas, product needs, and campaign goals into strong visual execution
Ensure consistency across all creative materials while maintaining high design standards
Work on multiple creative requests simultaneously while managing deadlines effectively
Contribute ideas that help improve visual communication, brand presentation, and campaign performance
Requirements:
Fluent in English, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH
Proven experience as a Marketing Designer, Graphic Designer, or in a similar creative role
Strong experience in branded content
Experience creating assets for social media marketing, with at least 3+ years of experience working with platforms such as Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads
Experience supporting digital advertising initiatives
Experience designing for both digital and print marketing materials
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, composition, and branding
Ability to understand product-related creative needs and translate them into effective design solutions
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
Nice to have:
Experience working with advertising or branded campaigns for consumer-facing products
Familiarity with performance-driven creative for paid media
Experience collaborating with marketing or product teams in fast-paced environments
Ability to contribute to broader creative strategy and visual storytelling
