Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support our Product & Engineering environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, guiding Scrum teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
