As a Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful technical onboarding, integration, and expansion of our platform across strategic client accounts. You will act as a trusted technical advisor and solution partner, working hand-in-hand with our partners to accelerate implementation, resolve complex issues, and ensure long-term value from the Insider One platform. You will collaborate with internal technical teams, product managers, and customer stakeholders to design scalable and efficient solutions tailored to the client’s business and technical requirements. Your goal is to remove technical blockers, optimize architecture, and drive seamless platform adoption.
What You Will Do
Own the technical relationship with assigned accounts from onboarding through adoption and expansion
Proactively engage with client-side technical stakeholders to understand their infrastructure, digital transformation goals, and success metrics
Lead technical workshops and deep-dive architecture sessions to align Insider One solutions with client business objectives
Run pilots and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to demonstrate business value and drive successful production rollouts
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and ongoing use, in close collaboration with internal engineering and product teams
Escalate and manage technical blockers efficiently, facilitating solutions by leveraging cross-functional expertise
Advocate for customer needs and business use cases within the Insider One product team
Share best practices to guide long-term customer strategy and help them maximize the impact of Insider One solutions
What You Will Need
Proven experience in complex technical solution design, system architecture, or implementation of SaaS platforms
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior IT leaders and influence technical decision-making in large or strategic client accounts
Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including experience with pilots, proof of concepts, and scalable deployments
Technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, hybrid systems, and system integration best practices
Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, XML, and database technologies
Experience with marketing technologies, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, or API integrations is strongly preferred
Familiarity with webhooks, CDPs, or personalization engines is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical ideas into actionable business solutions
