Senior SAP Cutover Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our end-to-end SAP technical activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points, as well as hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for co-leading SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO to guide the project team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to K-C business segments in Asia.
In this role, you will:
* Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
* Track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership through the Microsoft Asure DevOps (ADO) project management tool, meetings, emails, and project documents.
You will also be responsible for ensuring seamless SAP technical cutover activities across various locations and stakeholder groups.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
* At least 5 years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects is required.
Preferred Skills
Candidates with experience working on projects with a successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies are highly desirable.
